Very nearly bought a VW Golf from Kingslake Cars, however got hold of a higher spec, more powerful engine version at a dealership closer to where I live. But I can say from viewing the car and discussing prices etc, I was made to feel welcome in a no pressure sales environment. They seemed very trustworthy and fair, happy to answer my questions. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I have been using Kingslake cars for six years I have just purchased my third car from them and my father has also bought a car from them. Their personal customer service is amazing and the cars have been good value and reliable too. The support in arranging finance and after care service in organising repairs, services and MOTs is fantastic . I purchased a Landrover Freelander 2 from Kingslake back in January. Right from the start the experience was excellent. I was given the keys and told to help myself looking around the car. No pressure selling there then. Took the car out on my own for a test drive. I could have been out for ages but just took a 20 minute drive. On my return Adam at kingslake could not hve been more helpful, answering all of my questions and working out a good PX on my old car. Collected the car 3 days later. It turned out that the car did have a problem with the fuel gauge reading incorrectly but a couple of texts to Adam and he organised a fix through the warranty. Car now running as it should and no more problems Would i buy another car from Kingslake?? Without any hesitation!! Friendly, honest, helpful and knowledgeable staff. What more can you ask from a used car dealer. No, i don't work for them nor am i related to anyone there. Just an honest review

Collected my second car from them today, my fiesta was 3 years trouble free. Now upgraded to a Mercedes which was all ready and sparkling clean when I arrived. All staff helpful and polite especially Tom who was always happy to go the extra mile.
