Bought a Car from here not long ago and I had an Isaura with the clutch , so I gave them a ring and they were very fast at booking an appointment and sorting out the problem straight away under warranty . Amazing communication and even supplied me with a courtesy car while mine was getting fixed AMAZING SERVICE 5*

I recently bought a new car from Kingslake Cars, and have previously used this garage for work on my previous vehicle. What can I say, the guys here are all very helpful and knowledgeable, nothing is ever too much hassle for them. They made the experience of buying my new car stress-free and enjoyable, with no pressure whatsoever and really seemed to have my best interests at heart. Also, everything was COVID-friendly, you can browse the wide selection of cars (exterior only) parked outside of the dealership, and all correspondence is handled over the phone, so I felt safe. I am really pleased with my new car, and have every faith that I am in good hands should I need the Kingslake mechanics. Thank you!

The customer service is outstanding, they are so helpful. They are happy to fulfill your requirements, without any issues. Over the years, I've purchased 4 vehicles from them and never had any issues, I would highly recommend them to anyone. I've been a customer for over 20 years and get all my cars serviced there.

Great local garage, very reasonably priced and have always been really flexible with accomodating my schedule. Really had issues with coolant which I had taken to multiple garages for investigation without any luck, these guys found the problem and sorted it out no problem, ordered the parts and fitted them all on the same day. No nonsense, genuine business. Recommended to all of my friends and family.

I've recently bought a used Mini Countryman using the click & collect Covid -19 process. The sales and service I received was professional and unpressurised from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this garage to family & friends. I am chuffed to bits with my Mini, excellent condition and valet. I can't wait to be out of lockdown to give it a really good run!! Having no previous knowledge of the dealership, I was a bit dubious about them and the car I was considering purchasing. Firstly, they really are nice people and definitely no pressure. Gave me the keys to a silver Insignia and off I want on a test drive. Having spoke to the salesman, I bought it.

Bought a 67 plate C class Mercedes during lockdown using their click and collect service and honestly couldn’t be happier. Customer service was excellent and very speedy. I would recommend to anyone looking for a laid back non pushy sales experience when buying a car.
